If you would like us to delete your personal data, you can submit a request using the form below or through one of the alternative methods listed. Here is what happens after you submit your request:
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and prevent unauthorised deletion.
- Processing: Your request will be processed within 30 days of verification.
- Deletion: All personal data that is not required to be retained by law or medical regulations will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal information (name, phone number, email, address)
- WhatsApp conversation history stored on our systems
- Appointment and booking records
- Any documents or images you shared with us
Important: Certain medical records and data may be retained as required under applicable Indian healthcare regulations and legal obligations. Such data will be securely stored and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
